Project Choose Love is rooted in the understanding that our lives are shaped through repeated choices, emotional patterns, and the ways we respond to ourselves during moments of uncertainty, transition, and growth.
At the core of this work is the belief that awareness creates the opportunity for change. When we learn to recognize our patterns, take accountability for our choices, and move with intention rather than reaction, we begin rebuilding self trust from the inside out.

With a background in education, mentorship, operations, and personal development, her work focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves, navigate transition intentionally, and build self trust through honest awareness and meaningful action.
What began as a personal philosophy evolved into a broader body of work exploring emotional intelligence, nervous system awareness, aligned decision making, and the relationship between personal growth and self abandonment.
Through mentorship, reflection, frameworks, writing, and guided support, Melissa’s work encourages people to move through life with greater clarity, intention, and integrity.
